Edwardian Terrace

An Edwardian / late Victorian terrace house designed and built to a customer's specification.  There is a large living room and hallway on the ground floor, with stairs leading up to the landing and a large bedroom on the first floor.  Careful design allows the rooms to be slightly larger than would actually be the case, by incorporating a small amount of space from the adjoining houses in the terrace.  The porch is tiled with Art Nouveau design tiles.  Roof space, which would otherwise be wasted, is fitted out as a part-boarded attic.  An access hatch in the landing ceiling and a roof ladder give access for the scale 'occupants' whilst a large section of the front roof can be removed for 'full size' access.
