Based on an actual Chemist's Shop in Tavistock, Devon.  The exterior is hung with wooden tiles and has a bow-front to the shopfront and the upper storeys.  The house has a small entrance porch, shop area, enclosed staircase to upper floor, open-plan upper floor with bay window, fireplace and open staircase to top floor.  The top floor has a single room with fireplace and bay window.
