AGA® Cookers
Accurate 1/12 scale replicas of the famous AGA Cookers. Seen left to right above are: 2-oven 1930's model (the '4710'), 4-oven 1930's model, modern design 2-oven (the 'GC'), modern 4-oven design. Click on the individual pictures for a larger photo and details.
The AGA stored-heat cooker was invented by a Swedish scientist in 1922 and has been a feature of many homes all over Europe and America. The basic design has changed little since its introduction, although there have been detail changes in the AGA's appearance, as reflected by the different versions of this replica.
Cleanly moulded in plastic and metal and available as either an easy-to-assemble kit or as a ready-made and painted model, they will enhance any dollshouse or can be displayed as a miniature replica. Oven doors open and the metal hotplate lids are hinged.
Dimensions: 83mm (2-oven)/129mm (4-oven) wide x 63mm deep x 82mm high + allowance for lids to open.
A 1/24 scale version of the modern 2-oven AGA is also available, ready-made only. Working oven doors and hotplate covers on this size also!

Kit versions of the AGAs are usually available from stock. Ready-made and painted versions
usually on 2-3 week delivery; this will be confirmed at time of order.

Please note: All Kits are moulded in a cream-coloured plastic with metal hotplate lids. Ready-made versions of the early (1935) design are available in cream only, with either polished metal or cream painted hotplate lids. Ready-made versions of the modern design are available in cream, scarlet, claret, pastel blue, dark blue, midnight blue, British Racing (very dark) Green, Hunter (mid) green, jade green, dark brown, black or white; all with black top and polished metal hotplate lids. Please specify colour when ordering. |
